The intern will assist the execution and origination teams in their daily work, including interaction with national and international customers and final document preparation; company profile preparation, buyer and target list preparation; collaboration to pitch documents; use a range of valuation techniques to support the advice provided to clients, including trading comps analysis, transaction comps analysis, LBO-BASED, cash flows and other valuation approaches; involvement in calls and meetings; research industries in which our clients operate to support marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Ability to indipendently prepare financial statement riclassifications, company profiles and bussiness plans
Conducting analysis of company’s current and projected profitability
